'The fact that we’re a multi-national startup made up by a group that is motivated, aligned and independent is pretty incredible. our team does some highly difficult things with excellence... hiring, stewarding capital, allocating scarce resources... most importantly, this team builds relationships, no matter the distance or differences between us."
CEO / Co-Founder
"We are extremely lucky to have so many different strengths on this team... because when your weakness is someone else’s strength, you can trust them 100% to have your back."
CPO / Co-Founder
"Our team is awesome because everyone is self-motivated and self directed, but at the same time each person is willing to listen to one another... no-one has an ego that gets in the way."
CTO / Co-Founder
"What makes our team unique is what we are not... it is human nature to get prideful, so it requires conscientious effort to fight through it... this makes us fragile, because it is easy to lose, but it is so important that we keep this humility as our identity."
Director of Engineering
"Belonging at Realize is more than being part of the team, it's feeling like part of the family."

"The sheer amount of talent we have is always surprising to me. One of the greatest parts about Realize is I feel like I discover or learn a new technique every day because of that and the unique nature of what we're working on."

We’re passionate about finding what fits, because we know how painful the consequences are when it doesn’t
It’s a hot July afternoon, and a couple of friends are helping us move apartments a few miles across town. My wife and I had been married a little over a year, and at that point the only item of home decor that we truly cherished was our Lounge II Sofa from Crate&Barrel that we had spent two months rent on (thanks wedding registry returns!)
Between an army of friends, my pickup truck and a few trips back and forth, we’re nearly done. Just the sofa is all we have left...
That’s how I ended up covered in sweat trying to negotiate between an apartment and a couch that just weren’t meant to be. I remember my friend Greg looking over the top of the sofa pitifully as he said “I just don’t think this is gonna work.”

We’re on a mission to empower the heroes of small spaces that dream of better places. If you want to find what fits. We want to help. Find. What. Fits.

We believe that there's a creative inside of everyone. Our mission is to draw that out and share it with the world. If you are purpose-driven, collaborative and excited about solving problems, then we want to meet you!
We’re in the business of digitally rebuilding the world. Our team is hyper focused on creating more tools to help users do just that. We’re all about the here and now; generating results in the short-term while understanding great inventions are often a function of novel insight and subsequent application. We’re also practitioners, not researchers. We're looking to change the world now, not in decade, not in a year.
The Capture Team at Realize is looking to add to its number. The mind-meld between our current team and prospective hires is paramount for us. Our group doesn’t look alike and we often don't think alike, but it’s that mental diversity which ensures that the team is more valuable than the sum of its parts
If, you’re into CV and spatial ML, but you’re not trying to rewrite history. If you galvanize ingenuity with practicality. And if you prioritize winning (delivering what’s best for the user) over complexity... If that’s you, then we want to hire you for your dream job.

Photo-Realism is our goal. Creating, sourcing and implementing 3D models are core to our process, and are, amazingly enough, not someone’s full-time job at Realize. This^ = High Priority. On our wish list for this role is 3D modeling ability, a desire to manage the sourcing of assets (experience is less important than a desire to do this well), and a basic understanding of either Unity or C#. Most critical though is that this role can work autonomously, aligned with our vision for the product.
You would have a ton of freedom in this role, so our evaluation will be almost purely based on your history of stewarding freedom and responsibility. And we want to know ‘Why Realize?’ because there are a lot of other great companies out there! Though we aren’t looking for an engineer in this role, you may be at risk of being adopted by the engineering team as one of their own. Don’t be worried, they are generally nice, except on Friday Podcast Chats if they think the YouTube video/Medium article/Podcast that you suggested is cheesy. If that happens, good luck, you will be roasted.
